The color you did there seems like she has something lighting on her hands, like some sort of power growing up there; I like the wind effect on her hair too, looks so soft and light.

Well, that's the jist of it, hehe. Her hair is very incomplete as it is. The rest of her hair is supposed to be unbound flowing behind her, but yeah... I kinda stopped there. ^^;
