So I had a rather large request put in and paid extra for a bit of a rush delivery.
Above is a guildmate's wife's character in her favorite armor set (Cenarion, for those who are familiar with WoW terminology). My guildmate had put in this request for a Valentine's Day gift. However, I'm slow and I did not get the time to work on it and finish it till later in the month.
I was attempting the lineart-less painting style with this CG. I know the background is a bit cheap-looking, considering the runes on the portal frame, but I did not have a good reference of the portals in-game to do a more accurate rendition. I just hope it's recognizeable.
Time to sketch: 3-5 hours
Time to color: Some 30+ hours
Total time: ~35+ hours
