2014-07-11: Rhiya Redesign

Soooo... Rhiya's a character that I've had following me for years and years, and I've drawn many many times.  She started out as a Ragnarok Online character, and she's still more or less dressed like one, but I've been wanting to create a more individualized identity for her.  

This is Rhiya still more or less in a Ragnarok-Online-esque universe, but with something a little more personalized.
