Commissioned by Everina.

This is Everina's dancer *Asha as a gypsy (she's almost there!) from iRO Loki Server.

The main idea for this picture was to make her look melancholy. Everything else was up to me, so I was trying what I could to use my artistic license. I didn't use it in many places though as I was more or less having a brain fart as I colored it. I remember now that I wanted to add gold chains around her waist and dangling off the bracelets around her upper arms holding up her sleeves, but I think it can live without those. ^^;

I had trouble with the coloring as I've been testing so many new styles that I don't have a set style anymore, and I think I can't shade darkly enough to save my life now. x______x;;; However, I think this makes a nice stand-alone picture. I see mistakes, but none are glaringly obvious so I won't burden you with them.

Sketched on paper. Outlined and colored in Photoshop CS.

mmhm... great job. you know how i feel about this one. I love the shading in her hair.. i love the richness in the color of her hat, hair and arm sleeves. <3 the flower tattoo on the lower part of her back x3! *smooooooochies*
