I collect HALF payment upfront and will collect the rest upon completion. I must receive the final payment in my Paypal before I can send the full-size file to you, the buyer. You can full pre-pay if you wish, but that will not guarantee you will get your commission completed sooner. Please expect a fair amount of time for turnaround.
