This would have to be my first non-game subject commission ever. o_o/ (One WoW commission, but that's still a game fanart!!)

There's a LOT of things that were a challenge for me in this piece. I took another attempt at changing up my coloring style again. Mainly the colors and the brushing techniques I used to achieve the final texture I was aiming for on the skin. Also, style points aside, the lace on cami's dress/cami was a HUGE challenge. A good amount of it was done BY HAND. Larger areas were filled with a mix of preset brushes that I found on dA and scribblings by hand. Another thing about this piece forced me to use the most layers I've ever used on one commission ever. x_X I had at least 7 layers with glowing effects on them. The lace alone had to be made with 3-4 layers for each color (4 for white, 3 for black). The colors in the background were done on 5 different layers (including the flowers). Not to mention that each part of the characters were on different layers as well. x___x;;

Even though this piece was difficult, I think it was totally worth the effort. I know the grass looks a little cheap and all, but that's better for the main focus of the whole image!! By the way, those are hazy sillouhettes of wings coming out of their backs.
